Guy Reschenthaler, CEO & General Counsel
As CEO and General Counsel of Jeffery Costa Select Realty, Guy’s legal practice exclusively focuses on real estate. Guy represents developers, homebuilders, real estate investors, homeowners’ associations and works with mortgage lenders and buyers and sellers of real estate to ensure the proper conveyance of real property. Guy has handled real estate transactions ranging from small investment properties to multi-million dollar planned unit developments. He understands that each transaction is unique and works relentlessly to meet the needs of his clients.
A Jefferson Hills native, Guy Reschenthaler graduated from Pennsylvania State University, the Behrend College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2007, he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Guy served in the US Navy JAG Corps, deploying to Baghdad in 2009 to prosecute terrorists and insurgents at the Central Criminal Court of Iraq. In his last assignment as a naval officer, he held the position of Officer in Charge of the Texas-Oklahoma Area of Operations. Litigating and overseeing scores of cases, the South Texas Federal Bar Association awarded Guy the Michael Taylor Shelby Award for ethics, dedication and professionalism in the practice of federal litigation in 2011.
In 2012 Guy returned to the South Hills to enter private legal practice. In addition to his duties at Jeffery Costa Select Realty, Guy is of-counsel at the Law Offices of Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C. and is an approved attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Jeffrey Costa, Director of Operations of Jeffrey Costa Select Realty, has been in the business of buying and selling real estate for over 19 years. His personal experience as a real estate investor, luxury homebuilder and operator of an independent, boutique-style realty agency has qualified him as an advisor to clients seeking sound real estate investment strategies. He represents clients in the most expensive price-per-square-foot transactions.
Jeff’s experience in real estate goes beyond just buying and selling homes, though. As Owner of his generations-old family home building business, he understands the ins and outs of luxury homes. He has demanded high standards from both his team and from himself in all aspects, from negotiations to customer service and marketing. Jeff and his team always work on an ethical, transparent and fair basis for every client.
In his career, Jeff has managed multi-million dollar residential transactions and saw them all the way through to closing. He’s versed in almost any situation, and knows how to navigate through to success.
